You agree to:

- Provide accurate and current information and advise us immediately should any of your information change;

- Not use your affiliation with VA Lead Network for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;

- Ensure that your website visitors, followers and/or clients are aware that you will earn commission by referring them to us with a disclaimer that is prominently displayed on your website and/or social channels and adding them to your website terms and conditions;

- Not use any affiliate link or code on any page that contains discriminatory content or promotes or engages in any kind of illegal activity;

- Have appropriate insurance in place; and

- Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Spam Act 2003 (Cth), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 being Australian Consumer Law, any advertising standards or any other industry standards or guidelines that apply to these Terms and our relationship (“Applicable Laws”).

Referral commissions are calculated as 10% of successful Order Transactions and are only valid for all Digital Product purchases (available at https://valeadnetwork.com.au/digital-products), NEW Membership Subscriptions, and all renewals of NEW Membership Subscriptions referred by you until the referred member’s subscription is cancelled.

People who have previously purchased a membership with the VA Lead Network under any email address are PAST members (not NEW members), and you will not earn a commission on their purchases.

Referral commissions are inclusive of GST and do not include extra fees (e.g., admin fees).

Use of Our Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which gives VA Lead Network the right to review each and every referral order.

Orders will be eligible for payment of Commissions 31 days after the successful completion of purchases using your Affiliate Links.

VA Lead Network processes payment of all eligible commissions monthly after you have finished setting up your Affiliate Account, including providing details for an Australian Bank Account.

Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. If Chargebacks or refunds occur after a Commission has been paid to You, VA Lead Network reserves the right to deduct the Commission paid from future Commission payments.

You cannot use your Affiliate Links or receive Commission on purchases made for any of your own businesses. We can, in our sole discretion, provide you with a unique affiliate discount to purchase our products and/or services for your own use at a discounted rate.

VA Lead Network is not obligated to provide information that identifies customers that purchase using your Affiliate Links.
